Annual Rates may vary due to location within the Marina. Please consult the Dockmasters Office for exact pricing.
- FOR VESSELS 35′ TO 43′: $6,030.00 – $7,545.00
- FOR VESSELS 44′ TO 52: $8,804.00 – $9,625.00
- FOR VESSELS 53′ TO 59′: $9,625.00 – $11,851.00
- FOR VESSELS OVER 60′: Please consult the Dockmaster
All annual rates include water, electric, and one parking pass. Please consult the Dockmasters office for availability.
CURRENT TRANSIENT SLIP RATES AND POWER RATES
DAILY DOCKAGE
- VESSELS up to 60′: $3.00 per/foot per/day
- VESSELS 61-79′: $3.25 per/foot per/day
- VESSELS 80′ and over: $4.00 per/foot per/day
WEEKLY DOCKAGE
- VESSELS up to 60′: $2.50 per/foot per/day
- VESSELS 61-79′: $2.75 per/foot per/day
MONTHLY DOCKAGE
- VESSELS up to 60′: $1.75 per/foot per/day
- VESSELS 61-79′: $2.25 per/foot per/day
- VESSELS 80′ and over: $2.50 per/foot per/day
NOTE: Weekly is 7 consecutive days. Monthly is 30 consecutive days.
Weekly and monthly dockage is paid in full on arrival with NO REFUNDS.
SHORE ELECTRIC RATES
- 30 AMP: $12.00 per/day
- 50 AMP: $20.00 per/day
- 100 AMP: $40.00 per/day
- 100 AMP: 3 PHASE/480V Metered
3 Phase Power is by meter reading only
All weekly and monthly rates must be paid in advance.
Once paid, there are no refunds.
